Valdemar BørstingBusiness Angel
Mr. Valdemar Børsting is a seasoned commercial manager in the software business. He has been with start-ups such as Netscape Communications and RealNetworks as MD Nordic Countries. In 2001 he decided to dedicate his time to helping technology entreprenurs succeed working as a Business Angel. Mr. Børsting holds a Bachelor in Business Administration.

Ulrik Jørring has been involved in high-technology start-ups most of his professional career. He is a co-founder of two IT companies, has had senior sales & marketing, R&D, and general management positions in the data communications, software, and IT services industries, and has been a venture capital investor since 2003. As Senior Vice President at Vækstfonden, a government backed investment fund and one of the largest venture investors in Denmark, Ulrik and his team is responsible for most of Vækstfonden’s direct investments. He also serves on the board of several young companies. Ulrik holds a MSc and PhD from the Technical University of Denmark and a MBA from IMD in Switzerland.
Cathal J. MahonInvestment Manager
Investment manager at CAT with formal responsibility for IT and Telecommunications Investments. He serves on the board of several of CAT's portfolio companies, including a number of nanotech companies. Dr. Mahon has broad, international experience primarily from the IT and Telecommunications Industry from Philips (NL), TDC (DK) and Corvis (USA) as well as a successful start-up company in the USA. He holds degrees in both Engineering (Ph.D.) and Physics (M.Sc.) in addition to a business diploma from Copenhagen Business School.
